Tests

We have tentatively scheduled tests on the following dates:

Friday, 10/2/20 Unit 2 Chapter 1 on “Mental Calculations”.

Friday, 10/9/20 Unit 2 Chapter 2 on “Sum and Difference” and Unit 2 Chapter 3 on “Estimation”.

 Friday, 10/16/20 Unit 2 Ch. 5 on "Adding Ones, Tens, Hundreds, and Thousands".

Friday, 10/23/20 Unit 2 Ch. 6 on "Subtracting Ones, Tens, Hundreds, and Thousands".

Friday 10/30/20 Unit 2 Ch. 7 on “Two-step Word Problems”. Canceled due to Holiday

You will begin to see completed tests and drills being sent home.    The students are working very hard!

Extra Practice

 To be better prepared for these tests, please have your child complete a practice test.  They are available at the Third Grade Practice Tests on our websites.  There are also some challenging worksheets on my website.  Please do not worry if your child can not complete them yet.  We will learn those concepts later in the year.

On-Line Drop Off and Pickup

Thank you to the online families that are bringing in all math tests, drills and bulletin board worksheets on Fridays to Carden.  We will continue this procedure for all online students throughout the year.
