CURRICULUM

I have a lot of wonderful information about our math program available on this website. 

This year we will be going over many exciting topics:  Numbers to 100, Addition, Subtraction, Money, and Time.  These are only a few of the wonderful concepts we will be studying.  

On Thursday, August 29, 2019, we will begin Unit 1 on classifying, sorting and matching.  Please go to my website to find a more detailed description of this unit. You will find it in the  Kindergarten Curriculum Section on my website. Also, in that section you will find an outline of the topics that will be covered for the school year. As we begin each new unit, more information will be available on my website about that concept.  

 

EXTRA PRACTICE

If you would like your child to have more practice with a concept, therebe  printable worksheets on the Kindergarten Extra Practice Section of my website.  An extra practice point will be assigned in Effort when the worksheets are turned in. Please turn them in by Friday of each week.

 

MATH ACADEMIC SUPPORT

Math Academic Support is by invitation only! For Kindergartners it is from 2:00 p.m to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.  If it is needed, I will make arrangements with you and the Homeroom Teacher for your child to come.
