Concepts

This month we will complete Unit 2 on "Numbers to 5", and Unit 3 on "Numbers to 10".  We will begin Unit 4 on "Order". The main focus of Unit 2 and 3 is on number sense for numbers zero through ten,  correctly forming the numerals for those numbers, and really knowing the number of items that numeral represents. Extra Practice

It has been great seeing so many students turn in the Extra Practice worksheets in order to receive a “Big Round of Applause”!   These worksheets are extra, students do not need to complete them. If a student turns in even 1 worksheet a week, they will receive 1 point in Effort as well as be given the “Big Round of Applause”.  I try to add new worksheets weekly to the Kindergarten Extra Practice section on my website. Please feel free to check weekly.  There are also some links to some fun math games on my website in the Informative Links and Games section.
